Majestic R&D is a biotech and research company based in Maryland. We develop and manufacture proprietary delivery technology and supply research-grade compounds to licensed physicians and other customers — built on science developed outside the standard pharmaceutical pipeline and validated by independent third-party laboratories.
Our current portfolio spans three areas: AIM Therapeutix, a proprietary intranasal delivery platform we manufacture in-house at our laboratory on the UMBC campus; a peptide program supplying semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide to licensed physician practices through our partner Pro Peptide Solutions in South Carolina; and a topical CBG formulation in development.
Every peptide lot is tested by TrustPointe Analytics and Chromate — independent third-party laboratories. COAs include a QR code linking directly to the lab's own verification portal. We do not ask physicians to take our word for purity or identity.
Majestic R&D is not a compounding pharmacy, a clinical research organization, or a standard distribution company. We are a biotech and research company that develops proprietary technology, manufactures it in-house, and brings it to market through multiple channels depending on the product.
AIM is available to licensed physicians and business partners — no patient-direct supply at this time. Peptides are physician-access only under RUO designation. CBG topical is in development. Each product operates under its own access and compliance model.
The technology we've built — specifically AIM — is not a sourced product. It is a proprietary intranasal delivery platform manufactured in our own laboratory on the UMBC campus, with a mechanism that targets CNS delivery through a combination of principles most pharmaceutical engineers have not combined.
The physician supply program and direct channels are the current go-to-market. The underlying asset is the intellectual property and manufacturing capability behind them.
Two people behind everything you see here. One built the technology, one runs the program. Between them, every question you have is covered.
Chris is a former U.S. Army combat medic and healthcare specialist who transitioned from operational military medicine into biotech innovation. His work spans neurology, advanced therapeutic delivery systems, neurodegenerative recovery, nanoscience, energy systems, and applied defense research — with a specific focus on solving problems where conventional approaches have already been exhausted.
AIM is his primary development: a proprietary intranasal delivery platform targeting CNS uptake through a mechanism that draws on principles across disciplines most pharmaceutical engineers do not combine. The technology addresses the blood-brain barrier problem from a direction the standard delivery literature has not pursued.
His clinical focus areas include TBI, PTSD sequelae, and neurodegenerative decline — conditions with direct relevance to veteran and high-acuity civilian populations, and conditions he has firsthand exposure to from his military service.
Preet is the primary contact for every physician inquiry at Majestic R&D. Practice economics, program onboarding, AIM ordering, compound questions, compliance documentation — all of it runs through him directly.
His background is in business and operations, with prior experience in real estate and the hemp industry. That last one matters: he spent years navigating the regulatory and supply chain realities of bringing non-standard compounds to licensed practitioners — which is exactly what Majestic R&D does.
If you have a question about whether this fits your practice, what the economics look like, or what the onboarding process involves — Preet is who you talk to. Response within one business day.
All products supplied to licensed physicians only. Contact Preet directly for AIM ordering, peptide program onboarding, or to request the full citation reference document for any compound.
